Seeking Joy!
Joy is part of the healing process. Sometimes we feel guilty for laughing or enjoying our life in the midst of our grief. All parts of our emotions are good. When the pain is great it can be difficult to see the good, the pretty, the awe-inspiring. If we can give ourselves the grace to heal fully and embrace the joy as well and the hard parts, we can find room to breathe.

Celebrating our victories or accomplishments along the journey of life keeps us moving forward. It is easy to get caught up in the difficulties and struggles. Take the time to recognize the good as well as the hard.
Tools
We will identify our tools for not only the hard things but the joyful ones. We don’t always think of needing tools for joy but at times in our lives we do.
