Grief and Healing
Grief and our journeys through it are as different as each one of us. There is no wrong or right way to get through it. Sometimes we are hanging on with our fingertips and sometimes it is a low-level awareness. It is always there but it ebbs and flows differently for each of us at different times.

How can we cope with grief and loss?
Coping with grief and loss can be challenging, but some strategies include:
- seeking support from loved ones or a therapist,
- acknowledge your pain
- express your feeling / allow yourself to feel whatever you feel
- Give yourself grace
- Journaling
- make a memorial
Remember there is no set timeframe. This process will take as long as it takes and that is okay.
