How can we cope with grief and loss?

Coping with grief and loss can be challenging, but some strategies include:

  • seeking support from loved ones or a therapist,
  • acknowledge your pain
  • express your feeling / allow yourself to feel whatever you feel
  • Give yourself grace
  • Journaling
  • make a memorial

Remember there is no set timeframe. This process will take as long as it takes and that is okay.
